As Thailand swelters in the heat and humidity of the hot season and any self respecting Westerner turns the air conditioning up a couple of degrees life in rural Prachuap Khiri Khan continues unabated. While in Bangkok despite the weather the politicians seem to have cooled down and started to concentrate on governing the country.
