Samae beach isn't that far from Na Ban so you could walk, only trouble is you have to go over the mountain, as you get near the top you see loads of car engine oil all over the road, obviously the taxis and that are struggling at this point and blowing out oil due to it being too steep, but you do get to go up on the view point, well thats if you aint too knackered like I was and don't bother. You can get a boat here from Pattaya directly at the Bali Hai Pier, this I think is a private boat and they charge 150baht for the return journey.
