Not the typical hotels that are aplenty lining parallel to the shoreline of Cha-Am and Hua Hin, but more like a cluster of two and three bedroom villas cuddled up in the middle of scorched farmlands within the vicinity of a few also scorched hills. Getting there requires some intuitive navigation skills and some phone calls to the resort as cows passed by your car on the local roads that you will be lost.

Well dinner time tonight in Thailand was this, a good homemade spread made by Miss Noot. There was papaya salad Thai style with smelly fermented fish sauce and plenty of chilli and then there was papaya salad Thai or known as “Dum Thai” that is made with commercial made fish sauce. Some sundried beef from the market fried in olive oil, omelette, spicy pork roll salad, and some Thai sausages

Lance has set the bar up well; he has worked his ass off the past few months getting this place up to scratch
