"Island of Legends" Alohatravels’s photos around Langkawi, Malaysia

A TripAdvisor™ TripWow slideshow of a travel blog to Langkawi, Malaysia by TravelPod blogger Alohatravels titled "Island of Legends" Alohatravels's travel blog entry: "OK, So Langkawi is the #1 vacation destination for Malaysians. No wonder, its comprised of 99 islands (a lot of them just being big rocks that spire up from the sea), is part of the dramatic island chain that hugs the west coast of Thailand, is Duty Free, and has a lot of natural wonders: like natural rock water slides, caves and waterfalls, along with many beaches. The island is also up to its head with legends of every sort: each island has a legend of how it was created, and each natural wonder also has a legend surrounding it. All the legends involve either trolls, fairies, or goddesses - and I like that a lot.
